We (espressamoda) will accept returns of all purchases, assuming the goods are unused, unworn, all tags/stickers in tact, boxes undamaged as these are part of the goods itself, and merchantable as ‘new’; all solely by espressamoda’s evaluation. - Within three (3) days after the receipt of goods, any buyer wishing a refund must submit a request to email@example.com; including their invoice number, name, phone number, copy of the receipt, buyer’s email address for that return.
- Attach the on the outside of the box and seal your package for the driver to collect, and buyer shall coordinate with driver on its own behalf.
- Espressamoda will email a prepaid shipping label, which buyer has no more than three (3) business days to use and drop of at shipper Espressamoda designates.
- Assuming goods are in merchantable condition as described herein, full refund will be issued within five (5) days after our receipt of return goods. This refund can only be to the same credit card used for the original transaction.
- All international returns, will be this same process, however the final refund will be less than the duty incurred by us to return goods to us, if incurred by us.
shoes: In order to be eligible for any return, Espressamoda highly suggests that shoes be tried/tested on a carpeted surface until buyer is certain it is being kept. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
